It is the perfect fitness method for everyone as it is safe low impact workout and does not require you to be the most coordinated and fit person to participate . The bikes have adjustable tensions which you are in control of, making it the ideal class for all fitness levels.

We also have Barre Classes a workout that is taking the fitness industry by storm. We believe everyone can participate in a Barre Class, no dance experience required. As long as you can hold onto a ballet barre, you can do a class. This class is great for muscular strengthening, stability, flexibility and endurance.
